Your profile is yours

What we store

• Your account email, used to sign in and to send alerts you have asked for.
• The candidate profile you choose to complete: experience, domains, preferences and compensation floor.
• Roles you save and the state you set on them.
• Saved searches and their alert frequency.

Who can see it

Only you. Access is enforced at the database level: every profile, saved role and saved search row is readable only by the account that created it. No employer, recruiter or other user can query it. Fit scores are calculated for you and are not visible to anyone else.

Resumes

If you upload a resume, the file is stored privately with per-user access only, is used solely to pre-fill your candidate profile, and can be deleted by you at any time. Files are retained only while your account is active.

Deleting your data

You can clear your candidate profile from the profile page at any time. Deleting the profile removes the stored background and preferences immediately.
